It's Like Dear Abby, But With Food!

I have been honored by Sars to be her inaugural expert in her brand, spankin' new "Ask the Experts" series in the Vine. So starting next Tuesday I will be spreading my genius frosting across the cake of the internet as I endeavor to serve you up pearl onions of wisdom on all things crunchy, juicy, warm, and gooey.

With all those delectable morsels on my plate, combined with the fact that I am turning thirty on the same day my first "Ask the Expert" response goes up, and that I'm also starting research on a cookbook project -- no, not my own cookbook, that would take, like decades! Well, and an actual book deal, I guess -- means I might not be updating for awhile.

But not to worry, I've got lots of ideas steeping with some cinnamon sticks and slices of oranges and will be back soon to strain and pour them out in steaming, hot quantities.
